Hyundai Creta SUV sells over 5 lakh units in Indian market

The&nbsp;Hyundai Creta&nbsp;received a major update in March this year and it got 65,000 bookings within a short span, as claimed by the automaker.<br/><br/>The Creta remained the bestselling SUV of the country for three consecutive months, May, June and July 2020.<br/><br/>Commenting on crossing the 5 lakh units sales milestone, Tarun Garg, Director - Sales, Marketing and Service, HMIL, said, Hyundai Creta has been the blockbuster model in the Indian automobile industry ever since its launch in 2015. Redefining the SUV landscape in India, Creta&#39;s supremacy transpires from technological prowess and innovation, outperforming the industry benchmarks in all aspects.&quot;<br/><br/>He also said, &quot;with the 500,000 sales mark Creta has set yet another benchmark in the industry, reaffirming a legacy of leadership in the SUV segment.&quot;<br/><br/>The Hyundai Creta is available in two petrol and one diesel engine options in the Indian market.</p>
